EvidnZ Closed Beta Terms of Service
EvidnZ is currently provided as a closed beta product for evaluation and feedback. By using EvidnZ, users agree to use the platform responsibly and only for authorized security reporting workflows.
Authorized Use
Users may only upload evidence, screenshots, report content, tester notes, and client information that they are authorized to process. Users are responsible for ensuring they have permission from the applicable client, employer, or system owner before uploading any testing evidence.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for reviewing all uploaded content, AI-generated content, redactions, report fields, and exported deliverables before sharing them with a client or third party. EvidnZ provides tools to assist with report generation, but it does not replace professional judgment.
AI-Generated Content
EvidnZ may use large language model providers to help generate findings, summaries, methodology text, conclusions, recommendations, and other report content. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or require editing. Users must validate all generated content before relying on it.
Sensitive Information
Users should avoid uploading unnecessary credentials, secrets, regulated personal data, or client information that is not required for report generation. Users remain responsible for redacting sensitive information before exporting or sharing reports.
Prohibited Use
Users may not use EvidnZ to process unauthorized data, attack systems, generate malicious content, bypass access controls, violate laws, or infringe on third-party rights.
Beta Availability
EvidnZ is provided during closed beta without uptime guarantees. Features may change, break, be removed, or be limited during the beta period.
Exports and Deliverables
Users are responsible for reviewing all exported PDF or DOCX files before delivery. EvidnZ is designed to export redacted screenshots where redactions have been applied, but users must verify exported content before sharing.
No Professional Warranty
EvidnZ is a reporting assistance tool. It does not guarantee that findings, risk ratings, CVSS scores, CWE mappings, MITRE ATT&CK mappings, executive summaries, or recommendations are complete, accurate, or suitable for every engagement.
Account Access
EvidnZ may limit, suspend, or revoke beta access if the platform is misused, if usage exceeds reasonable beta limits, or if security concerns are identified.
