Terms of Service

Authorized use

You may only upload evidence, screenshots, tester notes, and client information that you are authorized to process. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission from the applicable client, employer, or system owner before uploading any testing evidence.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing all uploaded content, AI-generated content, redactions, report fields, and exported deliverables before sharing them with a client or third party. EvidnZ assists with report generation but does not replace professional judgment.

Plans, pricing, and subscriptions

EvidnZ offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. The current Pro price is $29 per month, billed on a recurring monthly basis. Prices, plan limits, and included features may change with notice.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing to Pro, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees. EvidnZ does not store full payment-card information.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a Pro subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Pro features remain available through the end of that paid period. After cancellation, your account will revert to the Free plan.

Except where required by law, EvidnZ does not provide prorated refunds for partial subscription periods. Refund requests can be sent to support@evidnz.app.

AI-generated content

EvidnZ uses third-party large language model providers to help generate findings, summaries, methodology text, conclusions, and recommendations. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or require editing. You must review and validate all generated content before relying on it in a client deliverable.

Sensitive information

You should avoid uploading unnecessary credentials, secrets, regulated personal data, or client information that is not required for report generation. You are responsible for redacting sensitive information before exporting or sharing reports.

Prohibited use

You may not use EvidnZ to process unauthorized data, attack systems, generate malicious content, bypass access controls, violate laws, or infringe third-party rights.

Account suspension

EvidnZ may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, unauthorized access, payment fraud, violations of these terms, or activity that threatens the safety of the platform or other users.

Availability and changes

EvidnZ is currently offered in open beta. Uptime guarantees are not provided during the beta period. Features may change, be limited, or be removed. Material changes to plan pricing or subscription terms will be communicated in advance.

Exports and deliverables

EvidnZ is designed to export redacted screenshots where redactions have been applied. You are responsible for reviewing all exported PDF and DOCX files before delivering them to a client.

No professional warranty

EvidnZ is a reporting assistance tool. It does not guarantee that findings, risk ratings, CVSS scores, CWE mappings, MITRE ATT&CK mappings, executive summaries, or recommendations are complete, accurate, or suitable for every engagement.

Data deletion and termination

You may delete reports, findings, and evidence from within the application. You may also request account deletion by contacting support. Termination of your account cancels any active subscription and removes access to the service.
